Seoul, the hub of Asia, and its central comprehensive trade business bridge, the Trade Center Office
The Trade Center considers sharing the value of sustainable growth with the customers who visit us and with the local community an important part of its mission. We put diverse ESG activities into practice for a better tomorrow as the Trade Center grows together with them.

So that SMEs, exporters, and startups at the Trade Center can trial new technologies inside a real large-scale mixed-use complex, the Trade Center operates a testbed. Where many visitors come and go, they can showcase and verify technology directly, creating growth opportunities for companies and giving the Trade Center a channel to adopt innovative technology quickly.

The Trade Center held a Spring Happiness Concert for tenants, visitors, and partner company employees, offering opportunities to enjoy culture in everyday life.
The event featured diverse performances including orchestra, fusion gugak, gayageum, and popera,
giving Trade Center users a moment of rest and healing during lunch hours and contributing to a more culture-friendly environment across the complex.

Through cooperation with universities, the Trade Center is creating opportunities for young people to learn in the field. As students experience operations, planning, and technology up close at the Trade Center, they build practical skills, and the Trade Center gains fresh perspectives and energy. Believing that small experiences lead to great growth, we will continue to support young talent.

Together with Gangnam District, the Trade Center set up a rest area in the COEX south gate parking lot so mobile workers traveling around COEX can rest comfortably, even briefly. We hope this small space—where they can escape heat and cold, rest, and charge their phones serves as a place of respite for everyone who keeps the city moving every day.

Through phone, KakaoTalk, and other channels, the Trade Center responds promptly to about 2,000 customer contacts per month on average. We will open more convenient ways to communicate, hear customers quickly, and reflect their feedback actively in our improvements.

To miss no risk, however small, the Trade Center holds regular serious-accident prevention meetings with partner companies to jointly review and improve on-site safety.

So everyone can stay safe in a real emergency, the Trade Center conducts large-scale fire drills with public and private participation. Considering complex layouts and diverse uses, we keep strengthening our training so we can respond quickly when it matters.

Regular fire drills and safety training are conducted across the Trade Center—in malls, high-rise buildings, cinemas, and more so that staff and visitors can evacuate and respond correctly. Steady practice raises safety standards at the Trade Center and helps create a space where anyone can stay with confidence.
