Leasing Procedure

We lease out office space of various sizes as shown below procedure.

STEP 01
Checking the vacancy
  • - Checking the vacancy
  • * Private educational institutions notallowed
STEP 02
Drafting the lease intention letter
  • - Drafting the lease intention letter.  (Be sure to indicate the date of   moving-in.)
  • * Attached documents: Business   license, a certified copy of register
STEP 03
Evaluation and registration
  • - Evaluating tenants and registering  on the waiting list
STEP 04
Contact and Decision
  • - In case of vacancy, contacting the  applicants in order of the highest  rating and making decision
STEP 05
Concluding the contract
  • - Concluding the contract and making  payment of down payment (lease  deposit)
  • - When concluding the contract : 20%  of the lease deposit
STEP 06
Paying the balance
  • - Paying the balance (80% of the lease  deposit)
STEP 07
Approving and construction
  • - Approving and doing the facility  construction work including interior
  • - Submitting the approval of  construction application and other  documents at least 7 days before  starting the construction work
  • - Capable of constructing after getting  approval from the Facility Management Team
  • - Interior construction work can be  done after payment of the lease  deposit.
STEP 08
moving-in
  • - Submitting application for installation  of the company sign
    7 days  before moving-in
  • - Submitting approval of details of  changein moving-in 7 days before  moving-in
  • - In principle, articles can be carried  in/out on the weekend
